I can't get hold of O2 the number isn't working when I  call it from my O2 number - just so silent after I complete the automated services then eventually hangs up.

 

Its urgent I speak with someone please let me know how I can do this ASAP

Call 202 from your O2 mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

I've tried calling every number and the same things happens - just goes silent. @MI5 it doesn't come up with options if I wait. Just keep repeating please confirm what number you are calling us about. And when I type it in it says it'll connect to someone then goes silent. Been happening today and yesterday. Just tried socials so see will see if they get back to me thanks

Try the Sales Line on 0800 081 0255 then wait for the option for Customer Services, and that should get you through slight_smile
