I recnetly upgraded my phone with O2 and wanted to give my old phone (S7) to my girlfriend since her phone was from the dark ages.
I put her SIM into the phone and prompted for a PUK. I falsely assumed it was her PUK, not mine and put in the code three times. I've since learned that was incorrect and it should have been my old PUK code.
I now recieve the error "Sim network pin blocked. Enter sim network PUK", which after a lot of trawling the forums, means I need the MCK code to unfreeze the phone.
I've spoken to Samsung who, despite their own forum saying so, do not issue MCK codes. They advised me to contact O2.
I've trawled the O2 help guides, but there is no form to complete or guide on how to get this.
Please O2, can you defreeze my phone? I have the IMEI code. Any help would be appreciated.
