Help! I upgraded my phone to an iPhone 12 and requested a SIM swap on Tuesday 5th October ie 72 hours ago. I have now called O2 every day, scoured forums, messaged O2 numerous times etc and each time I’m just told the SIM swap is stuck on ‘provisioning’ and I should wait another 24 hours. I’m now beginning to lose hope. They were very quick to deactivate my old SIM but activating the new SIM doesn’t seem to be possible. I’m regretting the upgrade snd am desperate to get my phone working. Have you heard of this happening before? Any ideas?
