I have just received my second O2 SIM and want to install the new number on my phone as an esim, can anyone advise me how this can be done?

@Jonesy27

You need an esim pack from O2 or if on the new system you can get one in your MyO2.

You’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this or pop into your local O2 store with photo ID.
Thanks

Thanks MI5, I think a face to face chat at an O2 store would be my best option.
