E Sim pack not arrived nor available to download, new phone arrived yesterday, now over 24 hrs but no E Sim news. Done through my 02 online

@Jackpot Call into an O2 store if you have one nearby and they'll give you an esim pack. Bring photo ID with you if you decide to do that.

They don't send out packs. You install the eSIM via MyO2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

E Sim is not available to download in my 02 app I also meant.
