I have dysney subscription of 7.99 a month, I was going to cancel, but they have 3 plans now one was £4.99, so I thought I'd stay on it for £4.99 and see if it's worth it, if not I am going to cancel, but when I saved changes in the extras, it put me on the £10.99 subscription them told me something has gone wrong when I tried to change to £4.99 I am fuming as I didn't pick the £10.99 a month and never would pay that anyway. So I would like you to either put it right on the extras £4.99 a month or cancel dysney + all together. Please let me know if there is anything I need to do. Also te website is not easy to navigate when you want to cancel something, it's taken far too much of my time up.
