Im trying to claim my 6 months Disney+ but when I click to claim it, the O2 page it takes me to doesnt work, it says that the page is no longer there?

This is a known issue that O2 need to sort out.
I'd suggest you all report it on social media.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

This answer is all very well, but a way to contact O2 without having to use Social Media would be useful.
Not all of us need Social media in our lives.

I am also having the same issue, no text, and the 29 days to activate link on MyO2 does not work. Come on O2. Give a freebie then annoy people when they can’t activate? Pretty poor form.

@Spine You can try speaking to customer service, but getting through at this time of year will probably take some time, and if you do get through, you'll get the same answer you're getting here. You're welcome to try though.
