Been informed by bank that a new direct debit is being set up, o2 haven’t sent me any info as to this happening. Can you confirm this is the case?

New direct debits are set up when customers are moved to the new billing system.
You can confirm this by calling the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
