My account page says that I have 2GB of data, my phone says that I have no data. I suspect that the problem stems from the change over from Virgin. Any help will be appreciated.

Do you still have working data. It may simply be the data counter on your phone out of sync with your renewal date

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
