Hi there,

According to my account I've used up all 25GB of data this month. Looking at previous months I've used on average 8 to 9GB worth of data (25GB allowed per month as stated in contract). Does o2 not roll on data unused per month and maintain a running total? Basically, to add more data for the next few days it would cost me £10 for 1GB of data. By that logic, o2 would be owing me £160 for every unused GB of data per average month (25GB - 9GB).

@Data1177

There is no roll over on monthly contracts.

Use it or lose it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
