Hi my data isn’t working abroad such as my safari WhatsApp or any internet features? Can you make it work please. Thanks

Hi @AD7 

Some things to try

1. Manually search for another network
2. Reboot the phone
3. If you have an iPhone change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
4. If still not working then contact O2 to remove the Roaming bar on your account
