Hi,
My corporate VPN is being intermittently blocked by O2. The same issue does not occur on other mobile networks.
I have raised a ticket with O2 which is still open.
Has anyone experienced this issue before and, if so, what was the resolution? This is affecting 10-20 users at my company who may have no alternative but to switch to another mobile network provider if the issue cannot be resolved as it impedes their ability to trade in the markets.

Still waiting on a resolution for this. I received a voicemail from O2 asking me to call Customer Services to request the vpn.o2.co.uk APN to be activated but after calling Customer Services numerous times none of the agents even know what an APN is so they are unable to help.
I am hoping someone more technical can help me directly as going through Customer Services is just not working.
Given my experience so far, I am inclined to recommend that the affected users switch to a different mobile network as it has been far too time consuming trying to get O2 to resolve this.
