Hi, I have a payg classic sim, how often do I have to top it up to keep credit and number?

I believe it needs to be topped up something like every2 years and  a text or call every 6 months the call or text needs to be a paid for call/text to keep your number working: There are some thoughts that a paid for call/text should be every three months ~ so that is what my family does.

A top up is required at least once every 999 days and a chargeable call is required at least once every 6 months.

Using data or sending a text does not count and it must be a call.
