I can not sign in on my iPad iphone app to get into my accounts to see my uses

It is not completely cleat what you are having difficulty accessing, but if it's MyO2, you could try :-

- uninstalling the app, restarting your device and reinstalling the app. 

- logging in using the MyO2 link at the top of this webpage.
