I have moved my sim from one iPhone to another and now it will not make or receive texts or calls. I have then tried it back in my original iphone and this is still the same issue. Cannot login in to O2 customer services etc and it sends you a text to authorise you?

You cannot move an eSIM on O2.
You must request a new one from O2 to install via MyO2 (provided you can log in which you can't) Only answer is to go into an O2 store with photo ID
Consider moving back to plastic to save grief in the future
