Hi I need to cancel a upgrade I applied for about a week ago and wondered how I could go about this if you clued help please

The only way is to call customer services on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone, they can cancel the upgrade for you, or if you have already go the phone arrange a 14 day return.
Please be aware if you paid off a device plan the the payment will not be refunded to you.
