Hi, I responded to the text asking for travel to give a daily bundle, nothing happened. I then went into my app to choose the travel plus or whatever it is called. Still no data or calls
Im stuck with WiFi access only. What do I do?

Have you enabled roaming and rebooted your phone, @Ksaxton?
If it is an iPhone, you might need to set the APN to mobile.o2.co.uk. It is possible your phone cannot find a 5G signal, you can also try switching it down to 4G or even 3G until it latches onto a carrier, then step it back up again. There is a trick with AirPlane mode too, can't remember it right now - but see if any of that helps you get online via mobile.
