I’m having trouble calling NHS111. In the past I have made calls to them with no problem. But today I type the number and press the call button and it looks like it’s doing what it should and then the call ends without even ringing or connecting to a line.
I thought it was my phone but I have been able to call other numbers on it since.
have I accidentally turned something on or off.
I would be grateful if someone could help.

Can call my partner and I have just done an update on the phone (thought it might be that) but it’s still the same.

I can't think of any setting that may effect this but go through all the options in your call settings and see if there is anything related to short codes or premium calls.

I am having the same issue. I have tried turning off WiFi calling, I have created. Contact as I thought that might help. I have turned off data assist. I have made sure that everything is turned on in the phone menu. I have tried dialung 111 away from home. All no luck. The NHS 111 number is vital for us in the UK.
I gave an iPhone 15. Maybe it’s that as it worked on my iPhone 12.

I suggest that you call O2 Customer Service : Guide: How to find help & contact O2
In the unlikely event that it is an iPhone problem, you will need :-
Contact – Official Apple Support (UK)
https://support.apple.com/en-gb/contact
But this is more likely to be a network issue. I assume that you have tried all of the suggestions detailed in this thread ?
