Bit of an odd one @Voice .
When was the last time you got a new sim card? Might be worth trying a new one - best way to get one is to visit your local store as you should get swapped over quickly.
You can request one by calling customer services, but the o2 system now swaps over to the new sim immediately so you would lose service on the one in your phone for a few days...
