I have set call forwarding from Morocco and people in the UK get a "dead" tone. This service should work internationally. I took the phone off aeroplane mode to do this, then reapplied aeroplane mode. Everything I have read said it should work as it notifiedy carrier in the UK, but it's not working and I'm loosing valuable business as cannot divert the calls to a colleague. Can anyone help?
