Solved: Call forwarding is not working from Morocco

I have set call forwarding from Morocco and people in the UK get a "dead" tone. This service should work internationally. I took the phone off aeroplane mode to do this, then reapplied aeroplane mode. Everything I have read said it should work as it notifiedy carrier in the UK, but it's not working and I'm loosing valuable business as cannot divert the calls to a colleague. Can anyone help? We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
