Boston, MA no cell service being picked up

Hi, we arrived in Boston last night, I cannot get access to any cell service, not at the airport and not in the city.

I had no issues in Toronto a couple of months ago, and in running a 4g phone.

Any thoughts?

Hi @Lemmeatem 

1. Manually search for another network
2. Reboot the phone
3. Try toggling Airplane mode on/off (it often helps kickstart things)
4. Drop down to 3G in Network settings and see if that helps
5. Check your SIM is fully inserted

@Lemmeatem O2 throttle their data speeds in the US to 500kbps, so if you're spending any length of time there you might want to consider getting a Pay & Go sim from AT&T or T-Mobile while you're there.
