Hello, hopefully someone can help

When trying to turn my cellular on my apple watch it says no sim and no connection. When trying to access it through the o2 app it says "something went wrong" and when i try to set it up through the watch app it tries to get me to buy a new airtime plan but the one i have should connect to my current number.

I'll be honest i though it was just on all the time till an emergancy a few months ago and found it wasn't working. I've been to O2 who have reset the ESIM and advised they would send off a form for a tech to call me back but no such luck. Been waiting a couple of months now and not heard anything.

Can someone please help me?

P.S. not to mention i've been paying for an airtime plan sync that i've not recieved.

TIA
