can anyone tell me why I get the following message when I try and access the Ann Summers website...
It's not trying to steal or impersonate....It's just an ecommerce website!
"This connection is not private"
"This website may be impersonating www.annsummers.com to steal your personal or financial information. You should go back to the previous page"

That error is not being generated by o2, but your browser(s) is intercepting the connection, as it thinks the connection to the website it not secure.
It might be worth clearing down your browser files

It will be an issue with an expired certificate on the website.
Anne Summers will need to renew it.

I actually work for Ann summers and can confirm it isn't an expired cert issue - any ideas on how to get this wrong page changed or removed?

The cert expires in a couple of month's so your IT team need to fix that...
Do you have age restriction in place on your account at all, are you using a corporate device at all??
That error is also generated by the browser, so can you try another browser...
This might be one for your IT Dept.

thank you for the response, I will pick up with IT on the cer expiring in a couple of month, but that wouldn't have effected the last 6 months that I couldn't access the website.
I have tried on other browsers and no it's a personal device not business/corp
Do you think it is possible to get o2 to change the web page with this error message? it's just not accurate!
