Hi I recently tried to redeem £40 on my o2 bill from my airtime rewards but nothing has shown up or been taken off my bill. It shows redeemed in my airtime rewards account but not on my o2 one, help, thank you

You need to contact Airtime Rewards Directly, it might be worth checking the faq's on their website.
