Unfortunately Aerial are a legitimate company with links to o2.
They put "normal" customers onto business plans with much more difficult terms and conditions and not so great tariffs @Np1.
I would get in touch with o2 customer services to verify what the tariff change you have had is, and why it has been implemented - I would assume Aerial have been in touch with you?
