No internet at all on my new phone

I have a new contract with 02 and I am on day 4 with my new iphone 12 and I have no internet whatsoever unless I am connected to wifi. My husband is on o2 as well and has no problems. So it is obviously not a network issue. I have manually reset my settings as per the advice on the 02 site. I am so frustrated by this, what do I do?

You say "new contract" but is this your first contract with O2 or an upgrade?

If it's an upgrade, you need to use your old sim card or do a sim swap to activate the new sim Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update 

If you are new to O2, you need to call O2 to set up your account Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
