Add additional sim only to my o2 account

it may seem simple… I have a main account with 3devices/ 3 plans. I also have another account (different email address) that is a sim only started with a Volt offer. I want to add this sim only to my main account. I’ve tried to change username to main email but says already registered. I’ve also tried to add device/service and again says already registered with another account. Can’t work it out…. Thanks in advance

SIM-Only is associated to a different e-mail - a contract SIM can be changed when your contract is changed, as far as I know. Contact O2 Social Media Team on the links below to check this, @Liam1812 - good luck!

Just out of interest was the SIM only something Virgin pressed on you? Volt would apply via the other SIMs you have.

It was offered when the account combined. Doubled the data and increased virgin speed. Already had virgin and O2 so there was no real push as the cost is included iny virgin monthly..

The cost of your SIM will go out on a separate DD to O2

Usually Virgin quote the combined price but the Broadband and Mobile elements are charged separately

Virgin should really make this clear when pocketing the commission for selling an expensive O2 sim deal
