How do I add Alcatel pocket WiFi account to my mobile phone account?

https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/alcatel/pocket-hotspot-4g is the way to get a new one - if you already have the device, look further down that page to see the DATA SIMs on offer - you will need to get just the SIM, and see if O2 will add it to your account (bringing new products into a single account has been put on hold until everyone moving to O2 from Virgin Mobile, and onto the new 360 backend system completes, so you may get a second O2 account for the DATA SIM).
