hi , I tried to get into my 02 today and it was sending me a code but my messages weren’t coming through as I’ve been having trouble setting up eSIM and now I can’t get into my 02 account

If you are still on a plastic SIM and it is working I would stay clear of an eSIM if it is not really needed. If not you are storing up trouble.

A quick search of this Community will show that

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
