Account messed up

Hi,

 

I recently moved over from virgin media to 02. My phone number seems to have been associated too 2 of my email addresses though and now I can't log in with one email and the other I can log in to, but it doesn't show any of my account information and when I try and associated the phone with that email address/user it says it can't as its linked to another account.

 

Used chat, they can't fix it. Call the 202 number, they are just sending me round in circles. Getting pretty annoyed with it now. Does anyone know how this can be solved?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
