So I defaulted on my account and my account has been frozen, I can no longer call o2 to pay my bill and also can no longer log in to my o2 account due to the fact they need to send a code to my phone (which is blocked) to access it. I truly have no way of phoning o2 so I need to know another way of getting into my account to pay my outstanding bill.
Please any help would be appreciated

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
