Hello,
Since the switch from virgin to O2 I am unable to access my voicemail.
It requests me to submit my virgin 'phone number and then says it is not recognised.
My number is (REMOVED)

First please edit your post and remove your phone number @GPR as this is a public forum and everyone can see it.
See if any of the help in this guide solves your issue - it might be the number your phone has set up for voicemail is wrong.
