Good afternoon.
I live in Plymouth and have recently transferred from Vodafone to O2. Why is your data coverage so abysmal as struggle to get internet wherever I go? I didn’t have this issue with Vodafone and considering getting a SIM only deal with them despite being in a 3 year contract with you. Paying £24 a month for the call plan and I believe £35 a month for the iPhone. Very unhappy. ☹️

Check if there are any problems in your area at the moment using this link http://status.o2.co.uk/
If you download the My Network app from the app store you can report issues to o2.
