£50 Promo code not allowed with order

I am trying to upgrade using £50 off device voucher (valid til 21st July) and get the following message: 'This promo code can't be used with this order.' I have set the upfront device to £150. I can't see anything in the ts and cs that show the voucher would not be eligible.

I have a staff discount - would it be anything to do with that?  Thanks

Having staff discount should not make a diffrence, I would recommend contacting O2 over the phone to try and complete the order. Phone number 202

You could also try calling your local O2 store and see if they can honour it.
