I have just signed up with O2 and received a Pay Monthly SIM. When I put the SIM in my phone I get a Network Locked message and a request to enter a "SIM Network Unlock PIN". I eventually managed to get through to O2 and they suggested entering "0000" or "5555", neither of which worked. The phone is a Motorola G7 Power and currently has a Tesco Mobile SIM in it. I've checked with Tesco Mobile and the phone is not locked to the Tesco Mobile Network. Any suggestions?

You need to go back to Tesco as it is locked. If not phone locked, it will be sim locked.
You can also try connecting to iTunes and see what that says.
Checkmend will also give more details. https://www.checkmend.com/uk

I've checked with Tesco and my phone isn't locked to Tesco. Also, on the O2 website I tried to activate my SIM by inputting the serial number. When I did this I got the message "Sorry, the below selected SIM cannot be activated".

What does it say on Checkmend?
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Tells you if it's locked and to which network.
