I just got a pay monthly contract on 15th Nov, and make the payment every month in 16th, but today my outgoing calls are diverted, and I revieved a text which is
"Your mobile bill's still 37.55 pounds overdue. We are diverting your outgoing calls to our payment line. to stop this, call...... free from your mobile and pay now."
what is the matter???
Incidentally, I had already paid the deposit which is 4000 pounds for my contract phone.

I just ring O2 this Friday and made the payment through it successfully, but now my phone is still no serivce, why??
