my daughter is in addenbrookes and can not dial out or recieve calls

I have just checked http://status.o2.co.uk and there is nothing showing as being wron at the hospital.

Only by talking to o2 directly can anything else be done.

Can they still send sms?

Or it could just be the part of the hospital they are in.
