hi everyone,
i asked to unlach my phone yesterday but i forgot that 5 months ago i tryed to put a italian sim in the phone...so now it's asking me the internet PUK because it's been blocked because i tryed to put some codes that didn't work, do you have any clue to how can i unlock the phone please? its a samsung s6 edge+

It's the sim that is blocked if it's asking for the PUK. You can get the PUK in My O2. If you entered the wrong code 10 times you will need a new sim. Any O2 store will replace it for you.

If you put too many wrong codes in (5 I think) it will be permanently locked forever.
Nothing you can do to reverse that.
If you are lucky it will just be the sim PUK which you can get here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/unblock-your-phone or can be fixed by getting a new sim.
If it’s a network lock though, it’s toast.
