Good morning,
I have 2 lines on my account (mine and my husband's) that we've both recently transferred over from Three and I was told in store that to be on the same account was better for the Volt benefits and monthly discount. We both have PAC codes to be able to keep our numbers - I've initiated mine but every time I log on to see if I can also port my husband's number onto his line, it just tells me that mine is in progress...
Will I be able to port his number when mine is done, or is it better to go in store to do it?
