I have been an o2 customer for over 12 yrs and my contract is due for renewal, so i thought id call and upgrade my phone. I have tried numerous times in the past three days to get through but still havent been able to speak to anyone. Feel like i should change provider if this is the service you get, even tried getting through to the cancelation dept but to no avail...... shame on you o2. Each call has been over 30 mins on hold and the music is hurting my ears.

You have my sympathy, click on "Contact us" at the foot of the page for all the ways to get in touch.
I suspect there is a problem with the phone system, but that's just my guess.
