I changed to O2 recently and transfered my old number. The number is working but my texts are showing as the temporary number I was given and no-one knows who they are from. I can't speak to anyone about this and there's no help on the website that I can find. Please advise

It takes a couple of days for the number change to settle down.
Keep turning your phone off and on again.
If you have an iphone, you also need to change your number in settings>my phone>my number (or something similar) and then reboot.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Settings >Phone >My number and change it to your correct number.

Save the changes then reboot your phone.
