topped up £10 but my tarrif is gone?!

I just topped up £10, and the My O2 app told me that I'm still on "text and web" which would give me 500mb of data and 100 texts for free, but AFTER I topped up it switched to "favourite place" and now I have no data or text :L I'm going away for a week and I really need texts and data to keep in contact.

That's very strange. Yes speak to customer service to see if they can revert you back to text & web. The tariff is no longer available to new customers but if a mistake has been made they should rectify it.

Thanks :wink: However live chat isn't loading on my phone, its stuck on the loading screen, does it work on mobile? Or do you have to wait long for it to load?

It can depend on how busy the system is.

You may be better waiting till tomorrow to ring uk Cs.
