hi im new to o2 since 23rd i took out switch up i am yet to pay first bill am i able to switch up now as unhappy with phone i chose or do you need to pay first bill first

So does using switch up.

You can just ask O2 to migrate your number on to the next contract.

i wanted to keep number i have been given doing it that way would be starting a new contract again

A new contract may require a fresh credit check and as you have just gone through one their are potential problems.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
