Not able to set my apple account up properly as I can not receive text messages. I need to know if my 02 account has blocked sms messages getting through to my server and back to my phone?

O2 is having problems with texts at the moment.

Try again later.

This is a common issue over the past two days with new phones being set up. You need to call O2

Thanks for messages. Is there anyway of getting to chat to 02 on a live chat as I can't get through on the phone?

All resolved now thanks. It was a problem with my old phone not being disconnected before I started using my new phone. (2 sims ) on the go at once.
