Currently have a SIM only deal for the phones of my wife and I, both deals expiring soon. Found new O2 Sim only deal cheaper elsewhere on comparison website. How do I cancel the currenr deal and move to this other offer when I cannot actually talk to anyone at O2. Because I cannot talk to a person to sort this out am thinking of leaving O2.
