i have taken new contract for samsung z fold 2,the mobile is super but i didn't get sim and my plan is activated.there is no help from customercare

@hariharaprasad Is this a completely new contract with a new number or do you already have an O2 sim? If it's the latter, just put your sim in your new phone. If you are in a 5G area and need a 5G sim you will have to speak to customer service.
