There is nowhere else to go until you have made a formal complaint, if you're not satisfied with the outcome you can use the Ombudsman to adjudicate.

It's a bit worrying that you said the phone was making purchases on the internet, that would only happen if you had some malware on board.

It isn't good enough to say that charges were made because the "phone was on one", phones don't do this without a cause and you need to keep your account up to date.

It's going to be difficult to get help if your account is in arrears, if the charges were caused by O2 they would be refunded, but you cannot stop payments for the reasons you have given here.

Generally your post is so confusing that we can't make a judgement here, so you need to sit down quietly and list the problems that you are having carefully and then raise a complaint.

Wow, I'm breathless just reading through this.

Obviously if the phone is faulty it should be under a 2 year manufacturer's warranty. I would deal directly with Sony to get the phone repaired.

In respect of your account you will need to speak to customer service to get this sorted. If there has been errors on the account O2 will normally reimburse you but if it's due to late payments then your account won't be reconnected until payment has been cleared.

payment cleared as soon as did it as i was in chat with customer services at the time , she waited to verify it.. there was no late payments on account not really as it was o2 that took the tenner off the next mnths bill not the current mnth so thats infact their misatake not mine. The xperia p is now discontinued so i don`t even know why i have had to send it in to be mended or tried to be mended... the fone is obviously faulty big time (probably this is why discontinued due to faults galore on them ) i don`t know

If a fault is confirmed by o2 on the handset and they fail to repair it after the 3rd attempt you can request a replacement.
