Hi, i can use the RingGo app on my wifi but not on 4G. it says 'Error No network connection available'

I went on live chat (which i found really difficult to find) and followed their steps of resetting network settings then switching my phone off, taking out the sim card, putting it back in and switching the phone back on.

I've done all this but the RingGo app still isn't working.

Does anyone have any ideas?

i think that's more than likely. I'll keep checking and plodding on with trying to fix it.

Thank you

Have tried that and still the same. I'll get back onto O2 and see what else they can come up with.

Thanks for your help

RingGo's own advice is much as given above, but there is a contact address for RinfGo here, if you have not tried that, @Nooberry :

Did you ever get this fixed?

I’m getting the exact same error message as you.
