I pay over £9.00 for 100 hours of calls.

I can get ten times that for less money on BT (Because I have landline and Broadband with them).

What can O2 do to retain my custom?

Don't really want to change, but it's looking likely at the moment. I have been with O2 since it started.

Is that minutes or hours?

There are better tariffs but obviously more expensive

If you give them a call maybe they will offer you a loyalty discount but it's unlikely tbh with a spend of £9.00/month

If calls are your only priority, you can get unlimited calls, texts and 1gb of data for £9.00 now. Free Disney for 6 months too https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/sim-only-deals#deviceType=phone&contractLength=P18M
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

@Robbo1 If you want to stay with O2, get the people you call most to download and install WhatsApp and keep in touch with them using your WiFi. Calls, texts, and even video calls are free. Same with Facebook Messenger and Skype.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
